Tilt Tables Technical Specifications and Accessories

TECHNICAL

1. Single acting cylinders are on 30 degree tilt tables for gravity return. Double acting cylinders are on 45 and 60 degree tilt tables for powered return.
2. 30 and 45 degree TT models mounted on top of lift tables have an 8" lowered height instead of 10". 60 degree TT models mounted on top of lift tables have an 8-3/8" lowered height.
3. Load center of gravity must stay 3-1/2" inside platform when fully tilted or the tilt table may require special lag down provisions (consult the factory).
4. The standard lip return on a tilt table is the full platform width x 1/2" x 8" high.
5. For larger platforms add 15 lbs. per square foot over the minimum size up to 12 sq. ft. Add 20 lbs. per sq. ft. over 12 sq. ft.
6. The speed of the tilt tables range between 20-40 seconds depending on the degree of tilt, capacity, voltage and platform size.
7. Standard voltage is 230/60/3. Other voltages available at no extra charge (consult the factory).
8. All tilt tables are prewired and supplied with hydraulic oil, magnetic motor starter, 115 volt control transformer, 2 amp fused secondary, safety overloads, a NEMA 4X pendant push button and twist lock plug. Units are ready for plug-in use when shipped.
9. Most TT models have built-in power units. Some models may require an external power unit where the platform size is less than 36" wide by 42" long (consult the factory).
